How to Place a Custom Order

Designing your dream outfit is easy with Fatima Kashidakari. Follow these simple steps to bring your custom dress to life:

Submit Your Design Request
Fill out the custom order form with your design preferences and measurements.
Upload Reference Images
Share up to 5 reference images to help us understand your vision.
Consultation with Our Team
Once we receive your request, our design team will contact you via phone or email for a detailed discussion and finalization of your order.
Confirm Your Order
You can either:
- Send your preferred fabric and thread to our address
- OR
- Transfer the required amount for us to source the materials for you
Your order will be officially confirmed once we receive the fabric or payment.
Crafting Your Dress
Our skilled artisans will begin the intricate process of hand embroidery and stitching. This process typically takes 2.5 to 3 months.
Order Completion & Shipping
Once your custom dress is ready, we will notify you. Full payment is required before dispatch. We then ship your unique piece to your provided address.

Trace or Chapai: Providing the trace or chapai (if needed) is the customer's responsibility.
Design Confirmation: Once your design is approved, no further changes can be made.
What's Included: Each custom suit includes three pieces – Kameez, Shalwar, and Dupatta.
Embroidery Details: There will be no embroidery on the border of the Dupatta or Chadar unless previously agreed.
Image Sharing: Fatima Kashidakari reserves the right to share pictures of your customized suit for promotional purposes.
Full Payment: Full payment is compulsory before receiving your order.
